Serpent S120L is Vice-Belgium champion 2010

Last weekend Bart Loomans drove the new S120L to a impressive win, 1 lap in front of second place and 0.5? faster on each lap, with this 1st place on the last round of the Xceed Belgium 1/12th championship, team Serpent Benelux is now vice-Belgium champion for 2010.

The Serpent Italy Tour 2010 in Cassino was a great success.

With close to 100 drivers present, a really nice atmosfere and event.

Paolo Morganti takes victory in very exciting pre world final with his Serpent 733/ NR.

Mazzeo from Italy with Serpent 733 takes 10th place in the final.

Well done guys ! After Mark Greens win at the november 2009 Houston race, its Paolo taking victory now. Great racing.

2nd in one heat and 1 st in the second heat, than 4th in 3rd heat, very well done.

Serpent Drivers Tim Altmann and Richard Hicklin took 1st and 2nd in the B final.

End of Qualifying 1/12th EC England

With all qualifying completed, Chris Kerswell heads the field in the Spec class and Juho Lavanen in Modified.

Serpent Team Driver Markus Mobers qualified 4th in Stock and 12th in Modified.

The Serpent drivers doing well at the warm-up, even when top 4 was out of reach for now. Many diferent brands to be found in the top 20, so no real domination visible.

Lots of things have been tested and data collected for further test later this year. During our 1st test in November 2009, weather and lap-times were very diferent from now and has major influence....

Marcus Mobers is leading the Serpent drivers in both Spec and Modified classes finishing 4th in Spec and 8th in Modified.

The heat is starting to build up in Houston with all the top guys turning very fast laptimes.

For Serpent Paolo is fastest, with Mazzeo also doing well and now also Scott getting to grips with this Serpent 733 on this fast track.

The EFRA 1/12 scale Euro's are underway in England, near Birmingham.

Serpent UK is one of the proud sponsors for the event and also have a booth to show all new Serpent products, including the Serpent S120 Link, the S100 pan car, the Serpent 966-e version and last but not least the Serpent Cobra 1/8th buggy is on show there as well.

Last weekend was the Grand Opening of Ardent Racing New Raceway, permanent electric track situated in Derby UK.

Ardent Racing have created a fantastic facility in little more than three weeks. Well done to everyone involved in the project, Great Job.

Team Serpent America is present at the official WC warm-up race.

Scot, DJ, Paolo, Flavio ( Brasil), Mazzeo ( Italy) and more Serpent drivers will test all sorts of set-ups, engines, pipes, tyres, wheels, bodies, wings etc etc.

DRCMU Winter Championship Round 3 of 4

Win for Nielsen
This past weekend saw the third round of the DRCMU championship 2009/2010 in Denmark.

The race took place in Tinglev not far from the German border, at the clubs 480 m2 large carpet track.

Nicolai Nielsen attended the Super Stock 17.5 class with 2S Lipos, with his Serpent S400.

This past weekend I attend the Pacific Cup in Lima. The event was very well organized, with drivers from Argentina, Ecuador, USA and of course Peru.

The track is situated next to the beach, in a main street. Many spectators were present the main day giving a special atmosphere.

The track that will host the 2011 Onroad WC in Miami, omestead, Florida area, has been completely redone.

Directly next to the Homestead official 1/1 scale ace-track, super location too. You can hear the roaring engines of the USA race series in the back-ground ;)

Its now about 1000 feet line and almost 300 feet straight!

Last weekend was round 5 of the BRCA 1/12th series which mark Green took his S120 to TQ and win the Sports modified class.

Mark set a Top qualifier time of 39/8m 0.81, with current championship leader Mick farrell 0.7 behind in second.

Mark set a blistering pace in the first four minutes to pull a half lap lead over Mick in 2nd, after the 8 minutes of...

Toni Gruber was in great shape again with the Serpent S400, in the stock class.

In the 1st finla heat Toni managed a new track record, but he even improved this in the 2nd final.

His team-mates Manuel Männel and Ralph Bauer were also doing really well and finished 2nd and 3rd overall.

2nd race of fintrack national championship series.

On Saturday 20th of february it was time to our 2nd 1:12 carpet indoor race in Finland. The race was held in Tampere in a big sports hall. The weather was cold inside the hall all day because of the cold weather season in Finland.

Again there was lot of Finnish top 1:12 drivers like Simo Ahoniemi, Teemu...

Young talent Oliver Speith, was very quick again in the stock class with Sepent S120.
